  • About Us

Being the founder of this company, I always wanted to do something that most didn't do. It was just the way every young person thinks. When I realized that the company I built is no longer doing something new, I took a study break and decided on gay travel. I realized that this is one area where our experience could be utilized and from sales we would become people who assist the ones in need find the right thing.
Having traveled to 40 countries in 5 years covering all the 7 continents, I think I have understood most of what the gay men like because of my close interactions with many fellow travelers who expressed their anxiety a couple of times because they thought that there are people who make them feel different. Before deciding that I want to take up LGBT travel as a mainstream business, I read a lot of content on gay travel. I read many historical evidences which prove that LGBT were part of our culture every since.
Since India is the oldest civilization as known across the world, It made me believe that the origin of the gays, lesbians, trans genders & bisexuals was also India. Kama Sutra is a book written in Sanskrit and is regarded as the ancient hindu text. It was written between 400 BCE to 200 CE. You can read more about the book at Wikipedia but what is important to know is that Kama Sutra has a mention of “Tritiya Prakriti – or the People of third Sex”. It is not just the book but also sculptures present from that century till date also prove same sex love has been in India for probably the longest duration however the Government of Republic India accepted it only in 2009.
In order to ensure quality and an affordable product, we have tailored some of the best experiences that form the best itineraries. Our aim is to provide fun, affordable adventure travel that not only enriches the lives of LGBT travelers, but also benefits the local communities we visit.

  • Rainbow Carpet

Rainbow Carpet – exposes you to a completely new world of travel to gays (gay men, lesbians & gay families). There are 2 ways of looking at the world map. The first one looks so busy and tight and the other one open and unoccupied. Travelers prefer either of the two and we give you an option of choosing from the open world or the close world and see how the likeminded people in both these worlds live like and interact with them. You will cherish this authentic & eco friendly experience throughout your life.
'Gay Tourism in India' is a very contentious, extremely interesting and relevant topic because of the impending changes in Indian Law. Also known as LGBT Tourism, Gay Tourism is a form of niche tourism marketed to LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgenders) people to meet their specific needs. Several researches have proved that approximately 10% of any population is gay and when talking about world's second most populated country i.e. India, the proportion of gay people goes exceptionally high.

  • How We Are Different

Before finally making a formal move, I discussed this with one of most active member of the LGBT community in India – Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil of Rajpipla, a former royal province in the state of Gujarat. I discussed my idea with him and could convince him to accept our invitation to be our brand ambassador. He inaugurated the Euro Pride in Stockholm, Sweden on the 25th July 2008 and also appeared as a guest at The Ophrah Winfrey Show on October 24th, 2007. He runs an NGO called Lakhya Trust (www.lakshyatrust.com) which is a community based organization promoting sexual health program for the minority community (Gay, Bisexual and Transgender population) in the western Indian state of Gujarat since its inception in 2000. Gay travelers, who wish to participate or donate for this good cause of the Prince, have an option of doing this. We promote this NGO and also collect donations on their behalf. However if you wish to, you can directly visit their website and contribute to the cause.
